Who we are
GratefulRise™ is a product of ZonaStak. By using this website or the GratefulRise app, you agree to these terms.
Using the website and app
GratefulRise is a wellness and intentional-living product. Use it in a way that supports you, and stop whenever it doesn't. Don't misuse the service or try to access other people's data.
Subscriptions and trials
GratefulRise costs $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year after a 3-day free trial of full access. Website subscriptions are purchased through Stripe and can be managed from your account. Deleting your account cancels an active website subscription immediately. Future iPhone and Android subscriptions will be handled by their respective stores under those stores' terms.
Third-party purchasing platforms
The GratefulRise Journal and digital journal may be sold through third-party platforms such as Amazon or a digital checkout provider. Those purchases are subject to the platform's own terms.
Digital journal license
The GratefulRise Digital iPad Journal is licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish it.
Alarm reliability
We work to make the alarm dependable and offer setup guidance, but we can't guarantee it will sound on every device or configuration. The web version only rings while open — keep a backup alarm for anything important.
Wellness disclaimer
GratefulRise is a personal wellness product and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Movement is optional general wellness activity — listen to your body.
Your content
Your journal entries remain yours. We don't sell them and don't edit them without your action.
