The GratefulRise App

Most alarms ask you to wake up. GratefulRise asks you to begin.

The main GratefulRise product: a morning and evening rhythm built around gratitude, movement, intention and reflection.

Intentional wake

Calm alarm tones that rise gently, with a soft sunrise glow, snooze and dismiss.

Gratitude

A few words of gratitude before the day asks anything of you.

Optional movement

Specific 1–15 minute routines across Core, Glutes & Legs, Upper Body, Mobility and Full Body. Always skippable.

Daily intention

One line to carry the day, met again in the evening.

Evening reflection

Set something down, keep one good moment, and choose tomorrow's intention.

Voice journaling

Speak your entry, review the transcription, edit, then save. Nothing is rewritten for you.

Journal history

Look back on past entries whenever you like.

AI-assisted reflections

Optional, clearly labelled reflections and prompts. Your original words never change.

Soundscapes

Six wake sounds, from 432 Hz · Ambient to Soft Piano and Ambient Nature.

Progress without pressure

Welcome back. Begin again.

Progress and streaks are optional. Missing a day costs you nothing — GratefulRise simply welcomes you back. Movement is a wellness option, never about appearance, weight or guilt.

Availability

iPhone and Android apps — coming soon

Today, GratefulRise runs as a web app you can try in your browser. Alarms in the web app ring only while it's open, so keep your phone's own alarm as a backup. The native iPhone and Android apps — with full background alarms, notifications and App Store / Google Play subscriptions — are in development.

Get told the morning the phone apps are ready:
